Caroline Lincoln is a highly experienced teacher of English Language and Literature with over 20 years’ experience, including over 10 years teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5 (A Level English Literature) in the UK and 9 years as Senior Deputy Director with Dipont Education Management Group in China, where she was responsible for the English high school provision across 21 international centres based in leading Chinese state schools providing AP Literature and Composition, AP Capstone, Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language, Cambridge Global Perspectives (IGCSE & A Level), Cambridge AS English General Paper and IB English B programmes, as well as a range of EAL and EAP courses. Caroline has been a highly successful team leader and teacher evaluator, leading a team of academic quality managers at Dipont. She is also a Cambridge assessor and examiner for AS General Paper. Prior to coming into education Caroline had a successful career in office management in the NHS, Macmillan Cancer Relief and the University of Southampton. She continually strives to evaluate her own performance and plan lessons which are engaging and interactive.
Prior to entering the teaching profession Caroline worked in business administration and management in the NHS, Macmillan Cancer Relief and the University of Southampton. Caroline is a passionate believer in life-long learning, transformational leadership and student-centered learning.
