Mr. Sam Blakeley is a UK-based teacher with over a decade of experience in the classroom. He has predominantly taught Psychology throughout this time, though also has experience of several other subjects, including Sociology, English as an additional language, and the Extended Project Qualification. Alongside his classroom teaching, Sam has over a decade of experiencing in 1:1 and small group tutoring, the bulk of which has been delivered online since 2019.
Sam has held permanent, full-time teaching roles at a prestigious grammar school in Yorkshire for seven years, and prior to this taught in an aspirational academy in north London. The combination of experiences from these institutions, as well as his extensive tutoring experience, has given Sam a plethora of pedagogical skills and an ability to adapt to all learning styles and capabilities.
Sam prefers an exam-focused, individualised approach to education. He likes to train his students to think like an examiner and to be entirely comfortable with the examination format and its many quirks.
